A very comprehensive aftermarket overhaul kit which includes the major components that you will need to overhaul your tired and smoking Perkins 4.203, D4.203 and 4.203.2 engine.
This overhaul kit includes the following parts:
- Cylinder liners x 4 - (choice of unfinished or slip fit with honed finish)
- Pistons x 4 (Plain 4 ring, with bowl)
- Gudgeon pins x 4
- Gudgeon pin circlips x 8
- Piston ring sets x 4
- Small end bushes x 4
- Con rod bearing set (4 pairs)
- Main bearing set (5 pairs)
- Thrust washer set
- Top gasket set
- Bottom gasket set - very comprehensive set including gaskets for all types of sump pan options
- Front and rear crankshaft oil seals
- Tube of gasket sealant
- Lucas engine assembly lube
These aftermarket kits are put together by ourselves from our detailed knowledge of these engines. They are exceptionally well engineered and represent excellent value.
Main and con-rod bearings are standard as these crankshafts tend to wear well, but -0.010", -0.020" or -0.030" bearings can be supplied instead. To help you choose, please note the information below.
